Fees 

Choosing a therapist or counselor is an important decision. As you review potential candidates, consider all your instincts and intuitions as well as your financial limits in thinking about who might be the best fit for your needs.

I offer a 30 minute initial consultation at no cost to you.

To facilitate that process,  I offer a 30 minute initial consultation at no cost to you. During this meeting we will discuss your circumstances, goals and your reasons for seeking therapy at this time. We will also discuss fees during this initial meeting.

Although I have a standard hourly rate, I do adjust my fees to accommodate your budget.

I am an "out-of network" provider on many insurance panels, and my services are partially reimbursed by most companies.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Will be discussed at our first session or during the telephone consultation.

 

INSURANCE 

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session for a non-network provider?

I will work with you in any way I can to facilitate insurance payments you are entitled to.
